Do I have to take my vehicle to Blue Star for warranty repair?
You may potentially take your vehicle to a third party authorized
warranty repair center OR perform the work yourself and get reimbursement. In either case you will need to contact Blue Star Warranty
to receive preauthorization.
NOTE: Performing repairs without preauthorization will make you ineligible for reimbursement and may result in voiding your warranty.

When does my warranty start?
Your warranty goes into effect at the mileage and date the bus was delivered or registered with the DMV, whichever comes first.
What is the warranty for?
Your warranty is a written guarantee, issued by the manufacturer, promising to repair or replace components on your vehicle that are deemed defective, for a predetermined period of time.
Who do I contact when I have an issue with my vehicle?
If you recently received your vehicle (within 60 days) you should contact Blue Star’s Service Department.
